How to read these
Every project on this page shipped and is in use. None of them is a concept, a pitch deck or a redesign nobody adopted.
Where a client is named, they agreed to be named. Where they are not, the work is under an agreement that says so, and we have anonymised the company while keeping the technical detail intact. The stack, the API, the failure modes and the numbers are real either way; only the logo is missing.
What each case tries to tell you
Not the tools. Anyone can list a framework. What is worth your time is the decision underneath: why an integration was built rather than bought, which system was allowed to win a conflict, what we got wrong in the first version, and what the thing actually changed once it was live.
That last part is the one most case studies skip. A tool that saves four hours a week and gets abandoned in a month has saved nothing, so where we can measure adoption a year on, we say so.
Why the list is short
We work with a handful of clients at a time, and most of what we build sits inside a company rather than on a public URL. This is the subset we can show. If the closest match to your problem is not here, it is worth asking anyway: the patterns repeat far more than the industries do.
