Orders into the CRM

The challenge

A Shopify Plus merchant’s sales team worked in HubSpot, but the orders lived in Shopify. Their existing no-code sync dropped records whenever an API hiccuped, and it could only move a handful of fields.

What we built

A private Shopify app that listens to order, refund and cancellation webhooks and pushes exactly the fields the sales team needed into HubSpot. It handles retries and idempotency, so a transient outage delays a record rather than losing it, and logs every sync so failures are visible.

The outcome

The CRM became trustworthy. Sales saw every order and refund with the right fields, and nobody had to reconcile two systems by hand at the end of the week.
