What technologies does Safi Studio build in?

Laravel and Filament for web applications and admin panels, Next.js and Astro with Tailwind CSS for sites, React Native and Expo for mobile, and TypeScript for every plugin and extension. Databases are PostgreSQL or MySQL. The stack is chosen per project from that set, not applied by habit.

Do you build Laravel applications?

Yes. Laravel is the primary backend framework here, usually with Filament for the admin panel, and it is what this studio's own site runs on. Work covers new applications, taking over an existing Laravel codebase, and the API layer behind a mobile app.

Do you build Next.js sites?

Yes. Next.js is one of the two front ends used for marketing sites and web apps, alongside Astro, both with Tailwind CSS. The choice depends on how much of the site is interactive: Astro when it is mostly content, Next.js when it is mostly application.

Do you build editor and design tool extensions?

Yes. The team builds VS Code extensions, Figma plugins and Obsidian plugins against each platform's own API in TypeScript, including the parts most plugins skip: authentication, publishing to the marketplace, and updates after release.

Can you connect two SaaS tools that do not integrate?

Yes, and it is a large part of the work. Integrations are built against the real APIs with OAuth 2.0, webhooks, retries and idempotency, and a written rule for which system wins when both changed the same record. When an off-the-shelf tool covers it, we say so before quoting.

Working with us

How big is the team?

Small and senior. Every project has a designer and at least one engineer on it, and you talk to the people doing the work rather than an account manager.

Do you work fixed price or hourly?

Fixed price on a fixed scope. We do the scoping properly so the number holds, and changes to scope get quoted before they happen.

Can you take over an existing project?

Yes. We audit what exists, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and quote the work from there.

Who owns the code?

You do, from day one. The repo, the accounts and the infrastructure are yours, and nothing is locked to us.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within two to three weeks of a signed scope. Tell us your deadline and we will be straight with you about whether we can hit it.
