Integrations and automation
The connective tissue between your tools, from a CRM inside your editor to a two-way Salesforce and Shopify sync that runs without anyone watching it.
What we build
The most valuable thing our team does is connect systems that were never meant to talk. A CRM record open beside the code you write. A store that keeps your CRM current. A vault that reads your warehouse. Integrations are where a plugin stops being a feature and becomes leverage.
Typical work: two-way sync between a CRM and a store, an editor extension that logs to your CRM, and pipelines that move data between the tools your team already runs.
How it works
We build purpose-fit integrations with proper auth (OAuth 2.0 with scoped tokens), webhooks, retries and logging. When an off-the-shelf tool like Zapier is genuinely the right call, we will tell you, rather than bill you to rebuild it.
What you get
A working integration, the source, and clear documentation of the data flow, so the connection is something you own and understand.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Can you keep Salesforce and Shopify in sync both ways?
Yes. We build integrations that sync customers, orders and products in both directions, with clear rules for which system wins on a conflict.
Do you use Zapier or Make?
When they fit, we will say so. For anything with real volume, custom fields or two-way logic, a purpose-built integration is more reliable and cheaper to run over time.
What happens when an API is down?
We build in retries, idempotency and logging, so a temporary outage does not silently drop data or create duplicates.
